Freight:
Freight is charged at a standard $10.00 for all items with a purchase value under $70, and FREE for all purchases over.
Warranty:
Any warranty issues are carried out by the product manufacturer. In the rare occasion that goods may be faulty, the return freight cost applies to the purchaser. Warranty claims are approved or declined by the manufacturer. Please keep a print out of your receipt, as this must be supplied with any warranty items to carry out the claim.
Returns:
Returns are accepted on incorrectly supplied or damaged goods. Freight is non refundable. Goods are non refundable if not required or unwanted, or if the incorrect parts are ordered, Hardparts will however offer you a refund on the product less a 10% Handling Fee on some occasions, based on a case by case basis. Please shop carefully and if you are unsure on any item just contact us for re-assurance. Please keep a print out of your purchase receipt, for the unusual case of any problems.
